GARDENFEST 5 ~ Full Moon Eclipse

New Growth Taking Root In Fertile Soil

Last year, GardenFest 4 proved to everyone who came that it is nothing short of a transformational festival. It is not just a music festival. It is a transformational human experience of community and tribe coming together to celebrate our collective experience. We sing and dance and play, while also working together to support the land, build sustainable structures, and create a safe space for everyone to be themselves and receive the support they need as we move through a weekend of powerful growth and healing.

New Headlining Acts

This year, we are bringing in several new artists and expanding our lineup of local talent to bring you even more epic heart-centered music, while adding an art gallery and several new transformational workshops, performances, and speakers.

Community Values

GardenFest is a family friendly, alcohol-free event aimed at being a safe space for communing with the elements and the spirits of this sacred land. We will be celebrating in conscious fashion, and while there will be several mood enhancing elixirs and superfoods available such as cacao, kava, kratom, etc, we ask that all guests respect the policy we share with Sacred Nectar of no recreational or hard drugs, no pills, powders, etc.  We emphasize conscious presence and we invite you to connect with the land, the music, the art, and other people in a safe and responsible way. We can’t wait to see you!!!

Our SUPER Earlybird tickets are available until March 1st, 2026!!

VENDORS/ARTISTS

GardenFest wouldn't be the same without our AMAZING vendors who help nourish, restore, and support our community while growing their brand awareness and spreading their medicine. This year we have space for more food trucks/drink vendors, and are actively looking for visual artists /live painters and healing practitioners for the wellness village. The cost for vendors for the weekend is $250 per person, and payment can be sent to festival organizer Nate Jones on Venmo @nate-jones-1.

Please include your name, vendor name, and the description of your offering. We ask that all food vendors be keenly aware of potential allergens and cross-contamination, and do your best to use only organic, non-gmo ingredients in the dishes that will nourish our families for the weekend :)

Kids Zone- Young Roots Camp

This year we will also have a dedicated kids zone/play area staffed by responsible parents called the Young Roots camp, which will have games, toys, and shade to rest in. There will be a lineup of kids entertainment including music, workshops, and various nature-based activities, so you can drop your child off and have some personal time to relax and recharge. Expect a puppet show, ecstatic dance, arts and crafts, and a special kids parade on Saturday evening!

MEALS

We will have one main food vendor and one vegan food vendor throughout weekend. Coffee and breakfast items like fruit and oatmeal will also be available in the AM. Campsites come equipped with fire pits for cooking. Our meals will follow the acronym: S.L.O.W. : Seasonal, Local, Organic, and Wild. We promise that the community kitchen dishes will be as seasonal, as local, as organic, and as wild as possible :)
You can purchase one or more meal passes below with your ticket. Plates are available first to those who have purchased their passes ahead of time. Please do so as it helps us more accurately forecast. Remaining meals will be sold at $15 per plate at the event.

SPONSORS

As a grassroots family event, GardenFest is fortunate to have several key partners, collaborators, and sponsors, without whom our festival would not be what it is. We are actively seeking new aligned relationships and financial sponsors who see the value in partnering with our event, and the benefits of spreading your brand or message to our worldwide community of several hundred artists and industry pros, as well as thousands of fans and festival attendees. We have several sponsorship packages, any of which can be added onto a vendor ticket if you would like a booth or table at the event to promote/advertise your offering.

Please email Nate Jones @ natemusicjones@gmail.com with questions!

GENERAL FAQ

Q: Can I bring a bus, trailer, or RV?

A: YES! We have space for RV's, car campers and small/mid size van camping. Tent, van, and car camping is available in the field (Great stargazing), and there are RV spots at the campsites up the hill.

Q: Is there clean, potable water on site?

A: YES! We have well water available for drinking, and a beautiful creek & small spring-fed pond for bathing. Please do not use any hygiene products with artificial/toxic chemicals in the river or pond :)

We also have our dear friend Aaron Ibarra coming with his high-vibe water station for those looking for structured and enhanced water! This Japanese medical device uses electrolysis to create hydrogen-rich, anti-oxidant alkaline water which boasts a much higher bioavailability/hydrating potential, which is crucial for a weekend of dancing and playing under the sun!

Q: If I'm volunteering, what do the daily duties and hours look like?

A: Volunteers will work approximately 4 hours per day on various activities including working the front gate, directing attendees/parking, meal prep/kitchen clean-up, general labor/keeping the land pristine :) Volunteer tickets also cover your meals! Please arrive Wednesday if you are coming for set up and plan to stay for Monday if you're on cleanup crew. Bear Crevier is our volunteer coordinator this year!

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Unfortunately, NO dogs or pets of any kind are allowed with the exception of registered service animals with vest visible and on a leash or lead at all times. This policy exists for several reasons including the well-being of the natural wildlife that already call these lands home

Q: What is the substance policy? Can I drink or smoke cannabis/tobacco?

A: Gardenfest is first and foremost an alcohol-free event, and we will also be NO use of illicit pills, powders, or gasses tolerated. We will lovingly ask you to leave the festival if you are discovered to be using any substance of this nature. Exceptions are for prescription medications, and gentle plant medicines at moderate doses including cannabis and tobacco in their various forms. Please use extreme discretion when sitting with any other medicines, and be mindful that your energy is respectful of the experience of your collective Gardenfest family :)

Q: If I'm a vendor, when should I arrive to set up my booth?

A: Vendors can arrive Thursday afternoon or Friday morning and set up.
