The Land
Gray Maine
New Growth Taking Root In Fertile Soil
Last year, GardenFest 3 proved to everyone who came that it is nothing short of a transformational festival. It is not just a music festival. It is a transformational human experience of community and tribe coming together to celebrate our collective experience. We sing and dance and play, while also working together to support the land, build sustainable structures, and create a safe space for everyone to be themselves and receive the support they need as we move through a weekend of powerful growth and healing.
New Headlining Acts
This year, we are leaning into the family festival energy, and expanding our lineup to bring you even more epic heart-centered music, while adding an art gallery and several new transformational workshops, performances, and speakers.
Community ValuesGardenFest is a family friendly event and as such there will be no recreational pills, powders, or gasses of any kind permitted. The entire event is also alcohol-free. We emphasize conscious celebration and we invite you to connect with the land, the music, the art, and other people in a safe and responsible way. We can’t wait to see you!!!
Our Super Earlybird tickets are available until April 1st, 2025
VENDORS/ARTISTS
We still have space for several more food/beverage trucks, and are actively looking for visual artists for vendors and healing practitioners for the wellness village. The cost for vendors for the weekend is $250 per person, and payment can be sent to festival organizer Nate Jones on Venmo @nate-jones-1.
Please include your name, vendor name, and the description of your offering. We ask that all food vendors be aware of potential allergens and cross-contamination, and do your best to use only organic, non-gmo ingredients in the dishes that will nourish our families for the weekend :)
Kids Zone
This year we will also have a dedicated kids zone run by Matteo and Katrina of the Freedom Family Band, where you can take your little ones to rest and recharge. There will be a lineup of kids entertainment, including music, workshops, and various nature-based activities, where you can drop your child off and have some personal time to rest and recharge. This area will be staffed during the day by sober and responsible individuals who are vetted by our team and dedicated to the wellbeing of the children.
MEALS
This year we are expanding the community kitchen and plan to serve a minimum of 500 meals throughout the weekend. This is no small feat, and our friend Bear from Ancient Healing Paths will be spearheading the operation. Our meals will follow the acronym: S.L.O.W. : Seasonal, Local, Organic, and Wild. We promise that the community kitchen dishes will be as seasonal, as local, as organic, and as wild as possible :)You can purchase one or more meal passes below with your ticket. Plates are available firstly to those who have purchased their passes ahead of time, helping us more accurately forecast. Remaining meals will be sold at $15 per plate at the event.
As a grassroots family event, GardenFest is fortunate to have several key partners, collaborators, and sponsors, without whom our festival would not be what it is. We are actively seeking new aligned relationships and financial sponsors who see the value in partnering with our event, and the benefits of spreading your brand or message to our worldwide community of several hundred artists and industry pros, as well as thousands of fans and festival attendees. We have several sponsorship packages, any of which can be added onto a vendor ticket if you would like a booth or table at the event to promote/advertise your offering.

Q: Can I bring my dog? A: Unfortunately, NO dogs or pets of any kind are allowed with the exception of registered service animals with vest visible and on a leash or lead at all times.
Q: Can I bring a bus, trailer, or RV? A: We have space for car campers and small/mid size van camping. Unfortunately, no full size RV's or vehicles longer than 20' will be permitted.
Q: Is there clean, potable water on site? A: YES! We have well water available for drinking, and a river & spring-fed pond for bathing.
